What is mediumship?
Mediumship is a spiritual practice focused on communicating with people who have died. A specific connection or message cannot be promised.

How is a psychic reading different?
Psychic readings focus on personal insights and life questions. Mediumship focuses on communication with spirit. Read the session description before booking.

Can beginners join development classes?
Our programme includes open development circles and structured training. Check the level and entry requirements on each listing.

What happens at a sound bath?
You settle comfortably and listen to instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. Check the session details for what to bring.

Is Sacred River Retreat the same as the centre?
It is our garden retreat space in Shotts. The indoor centre hosts classes and workshops. Retreat listings explain the setting and activities.

How do I choose training?
Compare the tutor, syllabus, dates, practice time, fees and entry requirements. Ask what any certificate represents before enrolling.

Where do I find dates and availability?
Use the Booking Hub for classes and readings, and Live Events for demonstrations. Read the price and cancellation policy before booking.
