Service Description
A sauna, cold water and sound ceremony Monday 7 December 2026, 7–9 pm. £25 per person. Take time for yourself at Sacred River Retreat, with a relaxing ceremony bringing together steam sauna, optional cold water dipping and a gentle sound bath. Begin with a warming cup of herbal tea as you settle into the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy the warmth of the steam sauna or experience a refreshing dip in the cold plunge pool, choosing the experiences you feel comfortable with. Shower facilities are available for you to freshen up afterwards. Spend some quiet time beside the waterfall, listening to the flowing water, before gathering around the fire to relax and enjoy the company of others. We finish with a gentle sound bath. Settle comfortably beneath a blanket and allow yourself to rest as the sounds bring the ceremony to a peaceful close. This is time to slow down, enjoy nature and give yourself a break from everyday demands. Both the sauna and cold plunge are optional, so you can enjoy the experience without pressure to take part in everything. Please bring swimwear, a towel, warm layers and suitable outdoor footwear.
