Sister Circle
Service Description
Sister Circle with Liz Tuesday 24 November 2026, 7 pm to 9 pm £22 per person. Maximum 15 women. Join Liz for an evening of connection, reflection and gentle spiritual practices in a small, supportive circle of women. Liz will hold space for you to pause, acknowledge how you are feeling and explore what might support you on your own journey. The evening includes gentle grounding, guided reflection, optional journalling, a sharing circle and a simple symbolic release practice. We finish with a calming reflection and time to settle before heading home. You are welcome to speak, listen or sit quietly. Every activity is optional. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, explain painful memories or accept physical touch. This is a women only gathering. No men will be on the premises during the session, allowing women to feel comfortable and at ease. We ask everyone to listen respectfully, avoid unsolicited advice and keep other participants' personal stories private. Please do not take photographs or make recordings during the circle. Sacred River Retreat, George The Medium Spiritual Centre & Retreat, 65 Station Road, Shotts, ML7 5DY. The gathering takes place outdoors, weather permitting. Your own journal is welcome; paper and pens are provided. Outdoor paths include uneven surfaces. Please contact us before booking to discuss access or seating needs.
