An evening created for deep relaxation, combining a steam sauna experience with a calming sound bath.
Service Description
This beautiful two-hour experience is all about relaxation, giving you time to slow down, release tension and step away from the demands of everyday life. Each person will enjoy 15 minutes in the steam sauna, allowing the gentle heat and steam to soothe the body, ease muscular tension and encourage a deeper sense of calm. Afterwards, you will come out and settle comfortably into the sound bath, where the peaceful vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments help to quieten the mind and support deep relaxation. The combination of the warm steam sauna and calming sound bath creates space to rest, reset and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Shower facilities are available.
