Sacred Elements: Grounded Waters – A Ceremony of Renewal Step into a guided elemental experience designed to help you reconnect, reset, and gently release what no longer serves you. We begin with Earth grounding barefoot on sacred soil (weather permitting), slowing the breath, and returning fully to the present moment. You will be guided through intentional tree connection a powerful grounding practice known to calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and deepen spiritual awareness. Trees carry steady, rooted energy. By physically connecting with them, we allow our own energy to stabilise, recharge, and realign. Many experience a profound sense of peace, clarity, and subtle spiritual expansion during this practice. You will receive a seed packet as a symbol of new beginnings something tangible to plant and nurture long after the ceremony ends. We then move into Water at the custom-built waterfall. Through guided reflection, you’ll release written intentions using biodegradable petals, allowing the flowing water to symbolically cleanse and carry away what you are ready to surrender. The ceremony also includes a sacred salt cleansing ritual washing away stagnant or negative energy while creating a protective spiritual barrier around you. 🌿 Sacred River Retreat Booking Policy Hosted at Glasgow Spiritual Centre – Shotts Outdoor: Sacred River Retreat Indoor: Glasgow Spiritual Centre facilities ☀️ Outdoor Environment Reminder Sacred River Retreat is a beautiful outdoor sanctuary created to connect you with the elements. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment: At points we will be seated under a wooden pergola. • Please dress appropriately for Scottish weather. • We recommend layered, warm clothing, especially during colder months (jackets, thick socks, scarves, gloves, etc.). • While we provide a cozy fire pit, heated areas, and blankets, dressing warmly will help you get the most out of your experience. What's Provided Blankets, mats, bolsters, cushions (feel free to bring your own if preferred). All areas are cosy, sheltered, and prepared to ensure your comfort regardless of the forecast. The sound bath is seated if you choose to sit under the pergola area which has heaters.
