What to Expect 🌿 Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony Begin with a warm, ceremonial cacao drink to awaken your heart and set intentions for deep transformation. 🔥 Release Ritual Reflect on the lessons and experiences of 2025. Through guided meditation, write a Letter of Release—expressing gratitude for what’s been and consciously letting go of what no longer aligns. 💨 Fire Element Ceremony Gather around the flame to release your letter, symbolically sending old energies into the light and clearing space for the new. 💎 Abundance Letter to the Universe Shift your focus forward by writing a Letter of Abundance—dated December 2026—as if you are thanking the Universe for all that has already manifested. This powerful manifestation tool helps align your energy with prosperity, love, and joy. I have used this practice for years now and its TRULEY transformational. 🎶 Sound Healing Integration Close the evening with soothing sound healing to seal your intentions, rebalance your energy, and invite calm clarity for the year ahead.

🌿 Sacred River Retreat Booking Policy Hosted at Glasgow Spiritual Centre – Shotts Outdoor: Sacred River Retreat Indoor: Glasgow Spiritual Centre facilities ☀️ Outdoor Environment Reminder Sacred River Retreat is a beautiful outdoor sanctuary created to connect you with the elements. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment: At points we will be seated under a wooden pergola. • Please dress appropriately for Scottish weather. • We recommend layered, warm clothing, especially during colder months (jackets, thick socks, scarves, gloves, etc.). • While we provide a cozy fire pit, heated areas, and blankets, dressing warmly will help you get the most out of your experience. 🪨 Accessibility & Terrain Notice • The indoor centre offers level-floor access and is suitable for all. • The outdoor retreat space includes natural terrain, including stone pathways, grass, and uneven surfaces. • Please wear appropriate footwear and be mindful of your footing when moving around the site. 🚻 Facilities • Indoor toilets and freshening-up areas are available throughout your visit. • You are welcome to step inside to warm up or take a break if needed. • We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and supported during your time with us. 📝 Booking Acknowledgment By booking any ceremony, workshop, or event at Sacred River Retreat, you: • Acknowledge the outdoor nature of the space. • Accept responsibility for dressing appropriately and taking care on natural terrain. • Understand this is a sacred, nature-based environment intended for deep healing and connection. 💫 With Gratitude We’re honoured to hold space for your journey.
