About the Event
Join George The Medium for a two-hour Tree Hugging Ceremony at Sacred River Retreat, with guided breathwork and water release.
Begin with grounding breathwork and a tree-connection practice. At the waterfall, write down what you wish to release and let it go symbolically on biodegradable petals, followed by a traditional salt cleansing. Close indoors with tea and reflection, and take home seeds to plant with your intention.
